Well, I think that just about sums it up. Fun list.

  • Jim says:

#18: Why Caffeine-free? The Church revelation spelling out health practices (Doctrine and Covenants 89) does not mention the use of caffeine. The Church’s health guidelines prohibit alcoholic drinks, smoking or chewing of tobacco, and “hot drinks” — taught by Church leaders to refer specifically to tea and coffee.

  • Aw man, I didn’t make the list, but neither did all the requests for Porn so I can’t complain too much.

  • Jef J says:

Thank you Brother Steadman! (That’s “brother” with a hard “R’ sound… as opposed to, “brothah!”) …But I could’ve gone with… Elder Steadman… hm.

  • Alyson says:

Likety like. Brian Regan is hilarious, and no eff words!

  • Greg says:

I’m a little befuddled as to why “crippling porn addiction” and “going to UVU b/c you weren’t accepted into BYU” weren’t listed.

More appropriate and accurate title would be:

25 Things Utah Mormon Guys Love.

While I can see the self-depricating humor in this post, the fact is that the stereotype portrayed is really that of the Utah born and bred Mormon guy. I say that as a person who has lived a considerable time both in Utah and in the South East U.S.

I am a Utah Mormon guy and I am certainly guilty of Diet Mountain Dew, Stories of my mission, gadgets, and bonfires. The other ones I have successfully avoided.
