Ever since the official “Ward Activities Coordinator” calling was axed in 2011, you may find yourself being asked to plan a ward activity. Here are a few creative Ward Activities I’ve been apart of:

1. Ward Sock Hop, complete with an Elvis impersonator.

2. Nativity Displays, where everyone brings theirs from their home. (Beware: You will have hundreds of Little People Nativities. Also, the Baby Jesus tends to go missing from most of the Nativities.)
*For a bonus quirk, hold this activity in July and call it “Christmas in July”*

3. Ward Unique Talent Show (Bishopric lip-syncing, a deacon that can touch his nose with his tongue, a RS sister story-telling, and a Primary child drawing an elephant!)

4. Modern Day Ten Virgins Fashion Show (Ok, this one is probably better as a YW or RS activity. But still fun.)

5. A bike parade.

What extra-ordinary ward activities have you been apart of?
