Never Again Foundation Legal Services (NAF) was created in 2001 by R. Keith Perkins, an Arizona attorney, who saw the tremendous need for severely abused women to be represented in civil court to regain control of their rightful monetary assets from the marriage. From 2001 to 2009, the attorneys at Never Again Foundation fought successfully for domestic violence survivors’ rights. Since 2009, the attorneys at the Never Again Foundation fight for children and other victims of domestic violence murder.  Since 2001, we have been awarded more than $288 million in judgments against abusers. The ability to obtain and collect judgments is not why we provide our work for victims free of charge. The primary focus of our work is on therapeutic jurisprudence – using the law to help victims of crime heal. Currently, 75% of NAF clients are children and families of murder victims.  These judgments are giving our clients new hope for a better life as well as, healing from the horrific past abuse, and helping them obtain justice.
