TheCulturalHall.com Mother's Day gift ideas

Need some great Mother’s Day gift ideas?

I love coming up with gift ideas for people. I’m a big fan of thoughtful gifts that the person didn’t know they wanted until they got it.

I keep a running list of gift ideas, some attached to a specific person and others not.

It’s time to share some.

Released April 2013. I haven’t read yet, but it looks good.

The Beginning of Better Days: Divine Instruction to Women from the Prophet Joseph Smith by Sheri L. Dew and Virginia H. Pearce

        She bakes? She’ll use it.

Submersion blender ($$-$$$)

My mother-in-law got me one of these a few years ago, and it sat unused in a drawer for at least six months. I wasn’t sure what to use it for. Once I finally started using it, I was converted. I use it all the time. It’s really cool. I love the Bamix brand one I have, but I think there are other good ones around.

TheCulturalHall.com Cuisipro stainless steel measuring spoons

Cuisipro Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons ($$)

I just love these. The slim oval shape of the spoon fits in spice jars. And, they will last forever.

TheCulturalHall.com pretty aprons

A pretty Apron

Every woman should have an apron she loves to wear.  It should be feminine and still functional. Can be homemade. A pretty apron just makes me smile.

I absolutely do not think gifts have to cost a lot, or even any, money. I know some of these are quite expensive. But, they are just ideas.
